BUSEK LEADERSHIPBruce Pote - Director, Hall Thrusters GroupBruce has 35 years of professional experience. He is responsible for concept, development and engineering of Hall thrusters for spacecraft propulsion applications. Bruce was the lead development engineer for the Hall thruster developed by Busek as the predecessor to the BPT series of Hall thrusters provided by Aerojet for the Advanced EHF satellites. Bruce was also the program manager for the flight the thruster and cathode flown on TacSat-2, which was the first US designed Hall thruster to operate in space. Mr. Pote received his B.S. in Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1977.
